Meet Susie

For a long time, I lived behind a capable smile while quietly feeling overwhelmed, unsure of myself and wondering why life seemed so much easier for everyone else.

I knew that my brain worked differently. Anxiety felt normal. I spent years trying to become who I thought I should be rather than understanding who I actually was.

But things began to change when I started exploring emotional and holistic healing. Through studying Reiki, EFT and deeper transformational work, I began releasing the patterns, beliefs and emotional layers that had shaped how I saw myself and what I believed was possible.

Receiving an ADHD diagnosis later in life brought another layer of clarity too. Instead of viewing my struggles as personal failings, I began understanding my nervous system, my coping patterns and how self trust can gradually wear down over time.

More importantly, I also learned how it can be rebuilt.

Today I bring together my training as an Advanced EFT Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, Transformational Coach and Releasing Facilitator alongside trauma-informed and inner work approaches to support meaningful, lasting change.

I specialise in supporting midlife women to release internal conflicts, emotional patterns and limiting beliefs, often shaped by early experiences, difficult relationships or simply having a brain that processes the world differently.

Through EFT, emotional release methods, mindset work and intuitive coaching, I offer steady, focused support that helps you reconnect with yourself, rebuild self trust and create lasting internal change.

The work is deep yet practical, giving you simple but effective tools you can continue using long after our sessions end.

When I reflect on my own journey, raising four children and rebuilding my life more than once, I realise it taught me something powerful:

You are not defined by what happened to you. You are shaped by what you choose to become.

Out of that period of rebuilding came the 4 Pillar Path. It was shaped by my own lived experience and the patterns that I saw again and again in the clients I supported.

The 4 Pillar Path

Many women arrive here having already tried every self-help book, podcast, webinar, course and workshop you can think of. But what they’re missing is not more information, it’s stronger internal foundations that support them to change.

Out of my own rebuilding and from years of noticing the same patterns in the women I worked with, four core areas kept appearing.

No matter the story, the struggle usually traced back to one of these foundations needing attention.

Inner Safety – A steady sense of calm and grounding within your body and daily life

Inner Trust – Confidence in your decisions and your ability to navigate challenges

Self Expression – Clear communication, healthy boundaries and the freedom to be yourself without shrinking

Self Worth – Knowing your needs matter without justification or apology

If one of these pillars starts to feel weaker than the others, then that’s where we begin. We strengthen the foundation that needs support first, rather than trying to change everything at once. Because when these four pillars are supported, reactions soften, decisions feel clearer and relationships shift.

And that’s when you stop running on pressure and start moving from steadiness.

How It Works

Lasting change happens in sequence and through guided progression. Through a 3-step process of EFT, emotional release methods, mindset work and intuitive coaching, I offer structured, focused support that blends depth with practicality.

Step 1: Release – We identify and loosen emotional patterns and beliefs that are driving overgiving, overthinking and internal tension.

Step 2: Reset – As those patterns shift, we build healthier self beliefs and emotional steadiness that support confident choices.

Step 3: Rise – With stronger foundations, you begin to respond differently. Boundaries become clearer. Self doubt reduces. Your decisions carry more weight.

The aim is not temporary relief. It is sustainable internal strength that continues long after our work together ends. Because transformation is not about becoming someone new. It is about finally coming home to who you truly are.

If this feels familiar, the next step is to discover which of your inner pillars is asking for attention right now.
