1. Bookings

In this policy, “Events” refers to workshops, groups and other scheduled event bookings.

All event bookings are confirmed upon payment. Your place is secured once payment has been received.

Events are delivered for educational and wellbeing purposes and do not constitute medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment.

2. Participant Cancellation

All event bookings are non-refundable.

As these events take place on specific dates and are classed as leisure services under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person provided you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time and provide us with their full name and email address using our Contact Us form.

The replacement participant must confirm acceptance of the applicable Terms and Conditions before joining details are issued.

Failure to attend does not entitle you to a refund.

3. Changes or Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or make reasonable changes to an event where necessary.

If we cancel an event, you will be offered either:
– a full refund; or
– the option to transfer to an alternative date.

If an event is rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date, you will be offered a refund.

If an event cannot proceed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will either offer a rescheduled date or a refund.
