Coaching Terms and Conditions

These Terms apply to all one-to-one coaching services provided by SkyRose Wellbeing trading as SkyRose Coaching.

By booking or participating in coaching, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Coaching

Coaching is provided for personal development, wellbeing and growth. It is not medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment and is not a substitute for professional healthcare.

We do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions. If you require clinical support, you are responsible for seeking appropriate professional advice.

2. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that coaching is a collaborative process and that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions and results.

Any actions you take following coaching sessions are taken at your own discretion and risk.

3. Confidentiality

All information shared within coaching sessions will be treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others.

4. Payment

Fees are agreed in advance and are payable as specified at the time of booking.

Cancellation and rescheduling are governed by the Coaching Cancellation Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkyRose Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in coaching services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability which cannot be excluded under English law.

6. Ending Services

We reserve the right to end the coaching relationship where appropriate. Where pre-paid sessions are affected, a refund will be provided where applicable.
