Event Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 6th March 2026
These Terms apply to all workshops, groups and scheduled events (“Events”) delivered by SkyRose Wellbeing trading as SkyRose Coaching.
By booking or attending an Event, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of the Events
Events are delivered for educational and wellbeing purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment and are not a substitute for professional healthcare.
You are responsible for seeking appropriate medical or psychological support where necessary.
2. Personal Responsibility
By attending an Event, you acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and are responsible for your own wellbeing, choices and actions during and after the Event.
If at any point you feel distressed or unwell, you are responsible for taking appropriate steps to care for yourself, including stepping away from the session if needed.
3. Confidentiality in Group Settings
Events may involve group participation and shared discussion.
You agree to respect the privacy of other participants and not disclose or share personal information shared within the group outside the Event.
While confidentiality is expected from all participants, it cannot be absolutely guaranteed in a group setting.
4. Respectful Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards the facilitator and other attendees.
Disruptive, inappropriate or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate. In such circumstances, no refund will be issued.
5. Recordings
Events may be recorded for training or future use. Where recordings are made, participants will be informed in advance.
If you do not wish to appear in a recording, you are responsible for keeping your camera and microphone off.
Recordings remain the intellectual property of SkyRose Coaching and may not be shared, reproduced or distributed without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkyRose Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in an Event.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability which cannot be excluded under English law.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation, refunds and transfers are governed by the Event Cancellation Policy.
8. Changes
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to Event content, format or delivery method where necessary.
