A guided worksheet will help you clearly see where your energy is going, without judgement.

You will then use a simple EFT video to release pressure, guilt and emotional build-up.

From there, you will take small, practical steps to start including yourself again in a way that feels safe and realistic.

This experience brings awareness to the hidden ways your energy is being drained. As you begin to recognise your patterns, you will naturally start to pause before reacting automatically.

You will feel a growing sense of choice in moments where you previously felt pulled to say yes, step in or take on more. By gently including your needs alongside others, you begin to restore balance without needing to force big changes.
